Microsoft Still Likes Me!

Microsoft Still Likes Me, because they just handed out a Confidential Invite to some strange MVP Beta Program to me!
P.S. I Declined the Invite since it is NOT a Program that I would normally use on my Computer.

They just feel sorry for you since you shot your self in the foot for opting out of the beta program.

Applied but still waiting to be accepted for the Vista Beta Testing group. Can't wait to be able to play and help make it even better.

Sounds very doubtful. Biggest clue "strange MVP Beta Program" Extremely vague. On the other hand, if it is one thing I am thinking , you just turned down exactly what you wanted. Except that program has more features than the Vista Technical Beta.

No, this was Something Completely Different from Windows Vista (it had something to do with Web Site Development).

You are Incorrect, As Usual, I remember having a Brief Conversation with Andre Da Costa (and at least a few other Tech Beta Tester's) in the Tech Beta Newsgroups (right after I gained access to them) about the problems that I was having with both Builds 5112 (Beta 1) and 5219, sometime in September 2005. After I dropped out of the Beta, I continued having problems with Builds 5231 and 5270 later that year. Build 5308 CTP is the very first Build that I do not have Severe Problem's with on my computer. Microsoft has probably Deleted my Posts from September 2005, either Because I dropped out of the Beta or because they don't keep Posts that are older then 120 Days on the Server.

Gaining access to a newsgroup is an easy matter. Being a bonafide Beta Tester is another story. Kevin you never were and you never be on the list of assigned Beta testers. 5112 as an example was available for download from many questionable sites. If you were a Beta then you should have received instructions on how to access the Beta newsgroups (Private ) along with a password and a assigned Beta number ID.(Post your Beta ID. Bet you cannot). The latter does not expire for the life of the newsgroup but then you seem to NOT to know this. Kevin you are so full of BS. You got your copy of those Vistas from sites other than Microsoft. You signed up for MSDN because you wanted access to the real thing(Vista) and that is the only way you were able to get it.
You can talk until you are blue in your face and you still will be BS

After I dropped out of the Beta, I continued having problems with Builds 5231 and 5270 later that year. Build 5308 CTP is the very first Build that I do not have Severe Problem's with on my computer. Microsoft has probably Deleted my Posts from September 2005, either Because I dropped out of the Beta or because they don't keep Posts that are older then 120 Days on the Server.

Applied but still waiting to be accepted for the Vista Beta Testing group. Can't wait to be able to play and help make it even better.

--: Original message follows :-- "Kevin John Panzke" wrote in message You are Incorrect Again, as Usual, I have been a MSDN Operating Systems Level Subscriber since May of 2005, and my MSDN Subscription does NOT Expire until May of 2007 (I Renewed my Subscription in February 2006).
P.S. The reason that I Originally signed up for MSDN (in May of 2005) was: I was hopeing to gain access to the WINHEC 2005 Windows Vista Build (5048), that is until Microsoft cancelled the MSDN Release of it (5048). I have been a MSDN Member ever since then.
P.P.S. Posting your Beta ID in a Public Newsgroup is a NDA Violation, just FYI.
"Peter Foldes" wrote in message Gaining access to a newsgroup is an easy matter.
